چکیده
Meme kanseri genellikle kemik, akciğer, karaciğer ve santral sinir sistemine metastaz yapar. İzole peritoneal meme kanseri metastazı oldukça nadir görülür. Kliniğimize karınağrısı şikayeti ile baş vuran hastanın sistemik muayenesinde, abdominal distanssiyon, asit ve memede kitle tespit edildi. Memeden alınan bşyopsi invazif duktal karsinom ve laparoskopik peritoneal biyopsi sonucu ise meme kanseri metastazı olarak değerlendirildi. palyatif kemoteripi plannanan hasta tedaviyi kabul etmedi. Altı ay takip edilen hastada başka bir metastaz gelişmedi.
